Berkhamsted Bowmen - Club Information

Berkhamsted Bowmen is the oldest club in Hertfordshire preceding the formation of the County Association. It was founded in 1950, and is affiliated to the Hertfordshire Archery Association (HAA), Southern Counties Archery Society (SCAS) and the Grand National Archery Society (GNAS).

During the summer season, Berkhamsted Bowmen shoot on Sunday as well as some weekday evenings. The summer shooting programme covers all Imperial and FITA rounds.

Bow disciplines include `Longbow´, `Recurve´ and `Compound´. Regretably `Crossbows´ are not allowed within the club.

Any current GNAS member is welcome to `Guest´ for a nominal visitor´s fee. Interested parties should seek more information from the people listed on the  `Contacts´ Page.
